Please pay attention to an update regarding Study visa and Work visa application procedure, effective as of 1st of November, 2019.
For Applicants apply for Study visa and Work visa, please make sure your passports are valid for at least 18 months, counting from the first day your visa comes into effect.

Important information regarding the visa application procedure.
In order to improve the quality of the service during visa issuance process, starting from 01.01.2016 the Consular section of the MTC Representative office will be receiving visa application forms, filled out either in Russian or English and printed out from the following website of the Consular department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.. The detailed instructions for filling up the application form are provided at the same website.
Visa applications that are filled in other ways will not be approved for further consideration.
Please be advised that all the visa applications should have a photo attached and the signature of the applicant. Information provided for visa applications should be complete and authentic. Any false information might lead to a denial of the visa application or cancelation of a visa that has already been issued. In addition, it might result in taking additional actions that are under the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation.
